CASSIE A.H. MOORE
Cassie A. H. Moore is an award-winning author, international speaker, and youth engagement consultant who has championed the empowerment, mental health, and leadership development of young people since 2008.
Her work sits at the intersection of education, culture, leadership, and storytelling, and she is widely recognized for her ability to engage young people with authenticity, insight, and respect.
Moore is the author of multiple fiction and non-fiction books, including Saving Andiamo, the debut novel in The Gallivanter Saga, which held the #1 New Release spot in Young Adult Travel for several weeks and earned placement at the world-famous Powell’s Books. Subsequent titles in the series (A New Wild and Savage World) also reached #1 in teen and young adult exploration and historical fiction categories, establishing the series as a standout in adventure fiction for young readers.
Her nonfiction work includes Authentic Youth Ministry, Faith Notes, and contributions to Connected for Life and Words of Peace and Protection. She was the creator, moderator, and author of From A to (Gen) Z for Concordia Publishing House, and has published more than 80 articles for the international column Inside the Teen Mind through YouthESource.
In recognition of her professional impact, Moore was named Concordia University Irvine’s 2025 Alumna of the Year for Professional Achievement. She is a sought-after keynote speaker and trainer, having presented at conferences and events across North America and Canada on topics including youth engagement, leadership development, Gen Z and Gen Alpha, and mental health advocacy.
Since earning her master’s degree in organizational leadership, summa cum laude, from Concordia University Irvine, Moore has taught and spoken to thousands of students and adults.
She consults nationally with nonprofits, churches, schools, and local government agencies, providing strategic guidance on organizational planning, leadership development, youth voice integration, and long-term engagement strategies. Her credentials include certification in FranklinCovey’s 4 Disciplines of Execution®, QPR Gatekeeper Trainer status, board service with a multi-site counseling center, and appointment to the youth advisory council of an international suicide prevention organization. In addition to her advisory work, she is a prolific author and contributor to professional curricula, research initiatives, and publications focused on Gen Z and Gen Alpha, shaping evidence-informed practices used by organizations and educators worldwide.
From 2012 to 2019, Moore served on senior planning teams for three National Youth Gatherings, helping design large-scale conference experiences that reached more than 90,000 teens and leaders from around the world.
She also serves as an international writing instructor with The Joy of Writing, a global virtual school where she teaches students from every corner of the world, blending rigorous craft instruction with a deep commitment to helping young writers discover their unique voices and develop skills that last a lifetime.
A lifelong student of culture, history, and human behavior, Moore brings a global perspective to her work. She has traveled to 50 states, 22 countries, and 21 islands, experiences that continue to inform her storytelling, teaching, and leadership philosophy.
